ABOUT US
There are around 750 adults with a learning disability living in the Swansea area.
Research has highlighted that people with learning disabilities receive a poorer health service in the community.
People with learning disabilities do not get their health looked after as some health professionals don't understand much about disabilities.
People with learning disabilities can find it hard to explain what is wrong with them.
People with learning disabilities don't always know what causes health problems.
